This question is from NCERT Book class 10th Chapter no.5 Exersice 5.1 Q. 7(vii). In the above Question you have to find that is the above series is an A.P or not if it is an A.P then find common difference and write next three terms.

Solution:-0, -4, -8, -12 …

The difference of the above data is-a_{2}–a_{1}= (-4)-0 = -4a_{3}–a_{2}= (-8)-(-4) = -4a_{4}–a_{3}= (-12)-(-8) = -4The common difference is same every time.

So,

d= -4 and this series forms a A.P.The next three terms:-

a_{5}= -12-4 = -16a_{6}= -16-4 = -20a_{7}= -20-4 = -24
