In this question  we have been given the measure of sides of triangle ABC and we have to to find out if AD is Angle bisector of A or not by using triangles basic properties.

    AC=6cm

    BD=1.6cm

    CD=2.4cm
     
    ACAB=640.67 (1)
     
    CDBD=2.41.60.67 (2)

     
    (1)=(2)
     
    Hence AD is the bisector of A of  ABC
