  1. Total surface area of hemisphere = 3 × π × r²

    Total surface area of hemisphere = 3 × 22/7 × r²

We are given that the total surface area of a solid hemisphere is 462 cm².

    3 × 22/7 × r² = 462

∴ Radius of hemisphere is 7 cm.

    Volume of hemisphere = 2/3 × π × r³

    = 2/3 × 22/7 × 7³

    ∴ Volume of hemisphere is
