Solution:-10, – 6, – 2, 2 …

The terms and their difference are:-

a_{2}–a_{1}= (-6)-(-10) = 4a_{3}–a_{2}= (-2)-(-6) = 4a_{4}–a_{3}= (2 -(-2) = 4Here the common difference is equal.

So, d= 4 and the given series is an A.P.Here the next terms are;

a_{5}= 2+4 = 6a_{6}= 6+4 = 10a_{7}= 10+4 = 14
