  1. (x,y) = (2, 0)

    Here, x = 2 and y = 0

    Substituting the values of x and y in the equation x -2y = 4, we get,

    x -2y = 4

    ⟹ 2-(2×0) = 4

    ⟹ 2 -0 = 4

    But, 2 ≠ 4

    (2, 0) is not a solution of the equation x-2y = 4
