Here, x= 4 and y=0
Substituting the values of x and y in the equation x -2y = 4, we get,
x–2y = 4
⟹ 4 – 2×0 = 4
⟹ 4-0 = 4
⟹ 4 = 4
(4, 0) is a solution of the equation x–2y = 4
