Solution:1

^{2}, 3^{2}, 5^{2}, 7^{2}…Or

1, 9, 25, 49 …..

The difference of the values in the above series are:-

a_{2}−a_{1}= 9 − 1 = 8a_{3}−a_{2 }= 25 − 9 = 16a_{4}−a_{3}= 49 − 25 = 24The common difference is not same in each case.

Hence, the series is not forming an A.P.
