(ii) ΔABP and ΔACP are similar as:

AP = AP (It is the common side)

PAB = PAC (by CPCT since ΔABD ΔACD)

AB = AC (Since ΔABC is isosceles)

So, ΔABP ΔACP by SAS congruency condition.
