In this question we have been given the arithmetic progression and we have to find the first term a and common difference d for that.

      Solution: 

      Given sequence is 1/5, 3/5, 5/5, 7/5, ……

      ∴ First term is 1/5

      And, common difference = a2 – a1 = 3/5 – (1/5) = 2/5

      ∴ Common difference is 2/5
