  1. Given data,

    Radius of cylindrical pipe, r = 7/2 cm = 3.5 cm

    The rate of flow of water per hour = 192. 5 L/min = 192.5×1000 cm³/1 min

    = 192500 cm³/min

    Volume of cylindrical pipe = The rate of flow of water per hour

    Volume of cylindrical pipe = πr²h

    = 22/7 * 3.5² * h

    22/7 * 3.5*3.5*h = 192500

    h = 300000 cm

    = 3 km

    ∴ the rate of flow of water in the pipe is 3 km/hr.
