The 16th term of an AP is 5 times its 3rd term. If its 10th term is 41, find the sum of its first 15 terms.

Sir please give me a detailed solution of this question as it is very important for examination in which we are to calculate the sum of the first 15 terms of an AP if the 16th term is 5 times its 3rd term and  its 10th term is 41.
