This is the basic and conceptual question from linear equations in two variables in which we have given that 3x+y+1=0, 2x-3y+8=0 and we have to solve this question in graph
Kindly solve the equations graphically
RS Aggarwal, Class 10, chapter 3A, question no 6
3x+y+1=0….(1)
2x−3y+8=0……(2)
Isolate x from equation (1) and find the value of x and y.
3x+y+1=0
or y=−3x−1
Similarly, isolate x from equation (2) and find the values of x and y.
2x−3y+8=0
x=(3y−8)/2
Graph:
Both the lines intersect each other at point (−1,2).
So, x=−1,y=2
