One of the most important and exam oriented question from linear equations in two variables in which we have to solve the given equations graphically and the given equation is 3x+2y=4, 2x-3y=7
Kindly give me a detailed solution of this question
RS Aggarwal, Class 10, chapter 3A, question no 2
3x+2y=4….(1)
2x−3y=7……(2)
Isolate x from equation (1) and find the value of x and y.
3x+2y=4
or x=(4−2y)/3
Similarly, isolate x from equation (2) and find the values of x and y.
2x−3y=7
x=(3y+7)/2
Graph:
Both the lines intersect each other at point (2,−1).
So, x=2,y=−1
