    Let R and r be the radii of the circles
    with centre A and B respectively
    Let TT’ be their common tangent.
    ML Aggarwal Class 10 Solutions for ICSE Maths Chapter 15 Circles Ex 15.3 Q14.1
    Hence distance between their centres = 17 cm Ans.
