(i) In ΔAPD and ΔCQB,
DP = BQ (Given)
∠ADP = ∠CBQ (Alternate interior angles)
AD = BC (Opposite sides of a parallelogram)
Thus, ΔAPD ≅ ΔCQB [SAS congruency]
(ii) AP = CQ by CPCT as ΔAPD ≅ ΔCQB.
