  1. Let us assume 3x2=03x=2x=32

    Since, (3x2) is a factor of f(x)
     By factor theorem,
    f(32)=0
    3(2/3)3k(2/3)2+21(2/3)10=0
    3(8/27)k(4/9)+1410=0
    9894k+1410=0
    9894k+4=0
    84k+36=0
    444k=0
    4k=44
    k=11
