Solution:
1, 3, 9, 27
The difference of the above series is :-
a2 – a1 = 3-1 = 2
a3 – a2 = 9-3 = 6
a4 – a3 = 27-9 = 18
Here the common difference is not same.
So, the given series doesn’t form a A.P.
