Find thevsum of n terms of the following series: (4 – 1/n) + (4 – 2/n) + (4 – 3/n) +……

This is the basic and conceptual question from arithmetic progression chapter as it was already asked in previous year paper of 2017 in which we have to find the sum of the given series.

Book RS Aggarwal, Class 10, chapter 5C, question no 19.

  1. (4+4+4+……ntimes)+(1/n+2/n+3/n+……+n/n)

    4n+1​/n(1+2+3+....+n)

    4n+1/n(n+1)n/2

    4n+(n+1)/2

    (9n+1)/2
