Here, first term =a=3/4
Common difference =d=5/4−3/4=1/2
nth term is given by,
an=a+(n−1)d
Put n=9
a9=3/4+(9−1)1/2
=19/4.
The 9th term of the AP 3/4,5/4,7/4,9/4,.... is 19/4
