  1. The first installment of the loan is Rs. 500.
    The second installment of the loan is Rs. 525 and so on.
    The amount that the man repays every month forms an A.P.
    The A.P is 500,525,550,...
    First term, a=500, common difference d=25
    a30=a+(301)d=500+(29)(25)=500+725=1225
    Thus, the amount to be paid in the 30th installment is Rs. 1225.
