Question Number – 33
i) P(to pick a marble from the bag) = P(spinner stops an even number)
A = {2, 4, 6, 8, 10}
n (A) = 5
n (S) = 6
p(A) = n (A) / n (S)
p(A) = 5/6
(ii) P(getting a prize) = P(bag contains 20 balls out of which 6 are black)
= 6 /20
P(getting a prize) = 3 / 10
