In this question we have been asked to prove that the triangles are similar from the given figure

      In triangles RPQ and RTS, we have

      ∠RPQ=∠RTS           [Given]

      ∠PRQ=∠TRS           [Each equal to R]

      Therefore, by AA-criterion of similarity, we have

      △RPQ∼△RTS.             [Hence proved]
