Hello sir yesterday i was doing this question of Polynomials chapter of exercise 2.3 of class 9th math give me the best way for solving this problem in simple way Find the remainder when x3+3×2+3x+1 is divided by(ii) x−1/2

  1. x-1/2 = 0

    ⇒ x = 1/2

    ∴Remainder:

    p(1/2) = (1/2)3+3(1/2)2+3(1/2)+1

    = (1/8)+(3/4)+(3/2)+1

    = 27/8
