An important question from ML Aggarwal of Similarity chapter in which we have been asked to find the ratio of length of corresponding sides of triangle if their ratio of area is given.
ML Aggarwal Avichal Publication, class10, similarity, chapter 13.3, question no 1(ii)
The areas and sides of similar triangles are related as
Ar(ΔPQR)/Ar(ΔABC)=(PQ/AB)
36/25=(PQ/AB)^2
PQ/AB=√36/25
=6/5
