This question is taken from polynomials in which we have been asked to find the polynomial if their sum of the zeroes is -1/2 and the product of its zeroes is -3.
Kindly give me a detailed solution of this question
RS Aggarwal, Class 10, chapter 2C, question no 18
Given: Sum of zeroes =−1/2
Product of zeros =−3
We know that, general from of polynomial :
x²−(sum of zeros)x+product of zeros
⟹x²−(−1/2)x+(−3)
p(x)=x²+1/2x−3
