If 3 cot θ = 4, show that (1- tan^2θ)/ (1+ tan^2θ) = (cos^2θ- sin^2θ)

This is the basic and conceptual question from trigonometric ratios in which we have given 3 cot θ = 4, and we have to show that (1- tan^2θ)/ (1+ tan^2θ) = (cos^2θ- sin^2θ)
